Our reputation and the success of our company rests on making you happy with your order. You'll see how much we do to make sure that the best looking high quality shirts are delivered to your door. This may be your first time ordering screen printed t-shirts or the first time ordering custom goods online. You can be confident placing your order with us. This is our promise to you:

The artwork on your shirts will match the artwork you approved.
Your shirts will be free of manufacturing defects.
You'll get exactly the products, colors and sizes that you ordered.
If you give us an event date, your order will arrive in time for your event.

If we fail to meet these promises, you can return your order for a full refund. All we ask is you let us know there is a problem within 21 days of receiving your order. Your refund will be processed within three business days of us receiving your order and returned to you the same way your order was paid. We even cover your cost of return shipping (when you contact us, we'll discuss the best way to ship your order back to us).

The fine print. There are a couple situations where we cannot provide a refund. The good news is that all of these situations are easy to avoid. In the 28 years we've been doing this, we've found that telling customers up front avoids these problems altogether.

Incorrect Details If the design details include incorrect information (like the wrong date or location of an event) and those details are part of the artwork you approved, we can't provide a refund. You can invite other members of your group to view your artwork to help double check every detail. Only you know which weekend your event is on.

People's Names If your design includes a list of people's names then we cannot guarantee that every name is spelled correctly. Only you have the ability to contact each person to confirm the spelling of their name. We trust the list you provide us. However, if it turns out a couple names were misspelled, we'll back you up and refund the price of those individual's shirts. Just call and we'll always do our best to help you.
